• an item is unavailable;
• an obvious pricing, product or system error has occurred;
• the requested delivery location is outside the applicable service area; or
• fraud, misuse or other unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.

Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Menu, Pricing and Offers

Prices, taxes, product descriptions, photographs and promotional offers may change and may vary by outlet, location, platform or ordering channel.

The price displayed at checkout or otherwise confirmed for your order will apply to that order.

Promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions. Offers may be subject to availability, location, timing and other eligibility requirements.

5. Food Information

Please inform the relevant outlet before ordering about any allergies, dietary restrictions or special requirements.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate such requests to the relevant outlet. However, we cannot guarantee that food will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers are responsible for checking the suitability of food before consumption and should contact the outlet if they require additional information about ingredients or preparation.

Delivery availability, delivery areas, estimated delivery times, delivery charges and order tracking may vary depending on the outlet, location and ordering channel.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, operational conditions, demand or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where an order is placed through a third-party ordering, delivery or payment platform, that platform's terms and policies may also apply.

The Brand names, logos, trademarks, website and application designs, photography, menus, text, graphics and other content are owned by Dynamic Brothers, its Brands or their respective licensors.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• use our services for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• interfere with the operation or security of our websites or applications;
