1. Acceptance and use

By accessing a Brand website, placing an order, making a reservation, submitting an enquiry or visiting a participating outlet, you agree to these Terms. Use the services only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. Do not interfere with the websites, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse Brand content.

2. Orders, reservations and availability

A submitted order or table reservation is a request and is confirmed only when accepted by the relevant Brand/outlet. Menu availability, preparation time, service area, seating, offers and operating hours may vary by outlet. We may decline or cancel a request where payment cannot be authorised, an item is unavailable, an obvious error has occurred, or fraud/misuse is reasonably suspected.

3. Menu, pricing and offers

Prices, taxes, photographs, descriptions and offers may change and may differ by outlet, platform and channel. The price shown at checkout or confirmed by the outlet is controlling. Offer-specific terms, including the Pizza Zone Unlimited Italian Meal schedule, apply in addition to these Terms. Images are representative; actual presentation may differ.

4. Food information

Please inform the outlet before ordering about allergies, dietary restrictions or special requirements. We will reasonably communicate your request, but cannot guarantee that food is allergen-free or free from cross-contact. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability before consumption.

5. Delivery and third-party platforms

Where ordering is made through a third-party delivery, payment or reservation platform, that platform's terms also apply. Delivery estimates are estimates only. The relevant outlet and/or platform will determine the available delivery area, charges and order tracking process.

6. Intellectual property

The Brand names, logos, website design, photography, menus and other content belong to Dynamic Brothers and/or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify or distribute them without prior written consent.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our websites or services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any applicable dispute-resolution mechanism agreed between the parties, the courts having competent jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
